..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to disburse the salary from the month of 1.10.2012 to till date on representation dated 15.04.2013 immediately.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the salary of the petitioner from the month of 01.10.2012 till 30.04.2013 has not been disbursed. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation to the fourth respondent on 15.04.2013 seeking for disbursement of the salary for the aforesaid period. Since https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2013 was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2013, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
