ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.32 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police has been completed and final report has also been filed as early as on 15.04.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Salem, but the same has not been taken cognizance.

2. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed, however, with a directions to learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Salem, Salem District, to pass appropriate orders on the charge sheet filed by the respondent police. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points before the trial court. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
