This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12939 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the other conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are jointly directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.301 of 2024 before the Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order copy.
