The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct the respondent to issue non-traceable certificate for the Vehicle bearing Register Number TN 48-J 5133 in respect of the Crime No.291 of 2014.

2.Today, when the matter taken up for consideration, Mr.P.Govindarajan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor handed over the copy of non traceable certificate, dated 20.08.2016 to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. In view of the same, the petitioner's grievances is made.
