Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st and 2nd Respondents from granting permission to run the new cable TV connection in the IUDP colony to the 3rd respondent without considering the petitioner's application dated 22.07.2021 for granting the permission to run the cable operator in the IUDP Colony Coimbatore.

ORDER

The petitioner has applied for a license for operating cable network in a certain area Vide his representation dated 22.07.2021 and he has come out with this petition for a direction to the respondents not to consider the application of the third respondent without considering the petitioner's representation.

2.Mr.M.Babu Muthu Meeran, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent.

3.This Court cannot pass an order matching the prayer which the petitioner has sought. Suffice to say, the second respondent is required to take an unbiased view of all the applications and hold such necessary enquiry as may be necessary for deciding the issue, and accordingly dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six (6) 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is also required to ascertain if the decision of the second respondent is fairly done.
