This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 31.12.2024 made in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
