Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to remove the encroachments committed by the 5th respondent at property situate at Survey No.51/5, Elippili Village, Andiyur Taluk, Erode District and also at the property owned by the petitioner based on the petitioner's representations dated 05.08.2019 and 27.01.2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
