Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before every Monday before the trial court exclusive POSCO court at Chennai at 10.30 A.M. until further order imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6523/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12089/2020 on 19/08/2020.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.PERIASAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 19.08.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 19.08.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
