Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of the Arignar Anna Government Hospital for Indian Medicine, Account No.110101106507, IFSC Code:CNRB0016021 (Siddha), Canara Bank, Aminjikarai, Chennai-29.
