ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to register the petitioner's partition deed dated 28.04.2026 based on online token temporally No TP/269490597/2026 and Reservation Serial No.1 (D601) dated 28.04.2026 on the file of the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner submitted a partition dated 28.04.2026 for registration, after obtaining temporally No TP/269490597/2026 and Reservation Serial No.1 (D601) dated 28.04.2026. Since the 3rd respondent refused to receive the same, the present writ petition is filed.
3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that so far, the petitioner has not presented any document for registration. He would further submit that once such document is presented before the respondents, the same will be registered, in accordance with law.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to present the partition deed before the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Once such partition deed is presented by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to receive the same and thereafter, pass appropriate orders to register the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of such presentation of the partition deed by the petitioner.
