ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to take action based on the complaint given by the petitioners on 25.05.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.
3.It is seen from records that the 1st respondent has already passed an order through proceedings dated 30.03.2023. According to the petitioner, in spite of this order, the rival parties are attempting to cause damage to the temple and creating a law and order problem. Hence, the complaint was given and the same did not evoke any response. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4.In the considered view of this Court, the 1st respondent has already passed an order through proceedings dated 30.03.2023. The respondent police shall ensure that the said order is strictly followed and no one is permitted to create any law and order problem. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
