(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondent.

Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, submits that encroachment on S.No.159/2B was removed on 01.08.2023 and steps for removal of encroachment on S.No.160/1B is under process. The said encroachment would also be removed within a period of four weeks.
