O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 11.01.2013, whereby the third respondent herein was appointed as a fit person for the temple. Admittedly, the appointment of a fit person was only a temporary measure and the petitioner has not made an application for hereditary trusteeship. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous and the interim order already granted by this Court dated 31.01.2013 is vacated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
