ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to secure the detenue - petitioner's wife Nadhiya, aged about 33 years and produce before this Court from the custody of the third respondent and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that his wife Nadhiya has eloped with the third respondent and that the police have not taken any effective steps to secure her.

3. Today, Mr.Sathyamoorthy, Constable, Kurisilapet Police Station, is present.
4. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Kurisilapet Police Station Crime No. 649 of 2020, for woman missing has been registered and during investigation, it came to light that the third respondent is the relative of the petitioner.
5. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed with a direction to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tirupattur Sub Division to monitor the investigation in Crime No.649 of 2020 and keep the petitioner informed of the developments, if any. As and when the detenue is secured, she may be produced before the Judicial Magistrate II, Tirupattur, under due intimation to the petitioner.
