Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.(c) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in the order dated 24.07.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.11069 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SUNDARAMURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11069 of 2020 dated 24.07.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11069 of 2020 dated 24.07.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
