Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the First and Fourth Respondents and Mr. M. Karthikeyan, Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the Second, Third and Fifth to Ninth Respondents. 2.
When it is pointed out by the Learned Counsel appearing for the First to Ninth Respondents that the impugned order is only a notice for enquiry for conducting peace meeting and no adverse decision has been taken against the Petitioner, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge its ultimate outcome in the event, it is detrimental to the interests of the Petitioner, and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
