ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one D.Sheela aged 27 years. On the allegation, she has been found missing from 20.05.2016, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent and also the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner himself would submit that it has come to light that the detenue has married the second respondent on her own volition and they are living https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

together. The learned counsel for the second respondent would also state the same.
