This petition has been filed by one of the accused/complaint, against whom, had been filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20574 of 2016, seeking to implead himself as the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.20574 of 2016.

2. The present petitioner states that he is necessary party, since several allegations have been levelled against him. Even without entering into discussion on these facts, I hold that it would be appropriate that an accused person should be heard prior to orders passed for transferring investigation to one agency to another agency.

3. Therefore, the present petition is allowed and registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments, indicating the present petitioner as second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.20574 of 2016. 04.10.2021 1/3 grs https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
