This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.05.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(c), 4(1-A)(ii) of TNP (Amendment) Act and Section 123 of BNS in connection with Crime No.204 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been detained under the Goondas Act.
