These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent, and to bring on record the proposed respondents 22 to 25 as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and reported that the 1st respondent died on 27.12.2020. Hence, he has filed the above petitions praying to implead the legal heirs of 1st respondent as respondents 22 to 25 in the above C.R.P. and the amendments may be carried out in the cause title.

3. The learned counsel for respondents appeared and raised formal objections in allowing the above petitions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, all the petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 22 to 25 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 21.12.2022. 01.12.2022 rpp 2/3
