ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 30.06.2018 and 05.07.2018 with regard to issuance of photo identity card to voters and hold election to the Sivakasi Muslim Shafi Mathahab Periya Pallivasal Wakf.

2.The case of the petitioner is that though the Wakf is a notified one, the persons who were incharge of the affairs of the Wakf, were not duly elected to manage the affair of the Wakf and their election was not approved by the Wakf Board. Now the respondent is taking steps to hold election without properly preparing the voters list. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the above prayer.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
