This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.216 of 2015 within time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file either a closure report or final report as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complaint.
