Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to produce the Sureties, order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13662 of 2021 and the same has been ordered on 05.08.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.ARIVAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 05.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time for executing the sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to execute the sureties before the concerned Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
