( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Seventh day of October Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.10351 of 2021 IN CRL OP.12817/2021 THIYAGU @ THIYAGARAJAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, NATRAMPALLI POLICE STATION, VELLORE DISTRICT (CR.NO.185/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.12817 of 2021 dated 26/07/2021 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 26.07.2021 this Court had granted bail on certain conditions and in one of the conditions, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the said condition.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 26.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
