O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.05.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 66D of Information Technology Act in Crime No.62 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 1/4

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused on the pretext of obtaining job had cheated the defacto complainant and others to the tune of Rs.64,91,113/- and had also given fake appointment order. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and further submitted that the petitioner has got nothing to do with the transaction and it the A1 who had received the entire amount. He further submitted that, petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. He also submitted that investigation is at preliminary stage.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

Though the petitioner projects that, it was A1 who had monetary transaction with the defacto complainant and he has nothing to do with the above crime is far fixed and only after the arrest of A1, the veracity can be found and now A1 is absconding and in the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
