Heard Mr.N.Suriyamuthu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is residing in Door No.129, Vasavi Nagar, Dhinnur, Osur, Krishnagiri District along with his wife and minor children. He has locomotor disability of 80%. Therefore, he could not pursue his higher studies and have studied only upto 10th Standard. Due to his disability, he was not given job to fulfil the basic requirements of his family. In the said circumstances, he decided to install a Tea Shop at the premises/campus of the third respondent. In order to seek permission for the same, he sent a representation dated 07.09.2021, to the respondents. However, till date, no response has been forthcoming from the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also submissions made by the Learned Counsel appearing on either side, this Court directs the Respondents to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.09.2021, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
