In view of the Assignment Deed dated 01.09.2014, executed by the present respondent company M/s.A.A.Impex represented by its Proprietrix, Ms.Anu Ambraile, having transferred the business of the respondent company to M/s.Glowide Trade Wings represented by its Proprietor Mr.M.Moosa S/o Kutty, we allow the present applications for substituting the respondent company name to M/s.Glowide Trade Wings represented by its Proprietor Mr.M.Moosa.

2. The above C.M.Ps are accordingly allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections.
