This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.133 of 2017, dated 19.05.2017 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a closure report or final report or a charge sheet as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complaint.
