COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.02.2017 within timeframe and issue pattas in favour of petitioner's son, B.M.Arun (Patta Number.562 and 849) for the total extent of 12 cents in Old Survey Number.21/3B4, New Survey Number. 21/3B4E for Patta Number.562 and another total extent of 4360 sq.ft in Old Survey Number.21/3B3A8 New Survey Number.21/20 for Patta Number.849, both in Thiruvancherry Village (Mappedu,) Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2019 within timeframe and issue a patta in favour of the petitioner for the land with total extent of 26 cents in Survey Number.21/3B2, New Survey Number.21/3B2A and Patta Number.663 situated at Thiruvancherry (Mappedu) Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District. 2.

Heard Mr.K.T.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that

the prayer sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous.
