A. No.3519 of 2024 in C.S. No.859 of 2016 and A. No.5968 of 2016 & OA. No.1022 of 2016 P.B.BALAJI, J., A.No.3519 of 2024 has been filed by the 2nd defendant to condone the delay of 2670 days in filing the Written Statement of the 2nd defendant in C.S. No.859 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs, has no objection for the said Application being allowed with costs. I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the said Application.

Accordingly, this Application is allowed with costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) payable to the learned counsel for the plaintiffs on or before 05.08.2024.

3. Post the matter on 06.08.2024.
