This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to transfer the investigation from the file of C2 Race course P.S in Cr.No.368/2018 to the CBI.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that the viscera report itself is not ready, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to CBI as prayed for by the petitioner. However, interest of justice, would be subserved, if the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Sub Division is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.368 of 2018 on the file of C2 Race Course Police Station and complete the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
