This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 547 days in filing the present revision challenging the 1/4
order dated 05.09.2023 passed in MP.No.516 of 2023 in MC.No.650 of 2022 by the learned I Additional Family Court, Chennai. 2.
Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 3.
On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, it is revealed that the petitioner has not shown sufficient reasons to condone the huge delay of 547 days in filing the aforementioned criminal revision case. As such, this criminal miscellaneous petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected criminal revision case is rejected at the SR stage itself.
