This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court in Crime No.3 of 2018 registered by the 2nd respondent, dated 29.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that the FIR has been registered only in the year 2018, this Court cannot issue a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within the time frame. However, considering the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file either a closure report or final report as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complaint.
