The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the purpose for which the warrant was issued by this Court vide its order dated 29.08.2023, has not been achieved.

2.The learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to execute the warrant by another three weeks.

3. In view of the above, time for executing the warrant is extended by four weeks from today.
