2.The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report stating that the respondent has paid the amount due and payable to the applicant herein. At that time, an initial remuneration of Rs.15,000/- has been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner. The learned Advocate Commissioner has requested for an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/-.

3.Considering the above, Court is inclined to direct the applicant to pay additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner.
