These petitions are filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent, who are the respondents 3 to 5 herein as respondents 3 to 5 in C.R.P.No.1696 of 2023; To set aside the abatement if any caused due to the death of the deceased 2nd respondent, who died on 08.09.2019; condone the delay of 1252 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd respondent in the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions, respondents 3 to 5 are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent as respondents 3 to 5 in the Appeal Suit and the petition in C.M.P.No.15484 of 2023 is ordered. The abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent is set aside and C.M.P.No.15485 of 2023 is ordered. The petition in C.M.P.No.15486 of 2023, to condone the delay of 1252 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd respondent in the Civil Revision Petition is ordered and the delay stands condoned. 11.10.2023 (2/2) Jeni https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the Civil Revision Petition on 07.11.2023.
