ORDER
The petition in Crl.O.P.No.13228 of 2025 has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.16311 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025.
2. The petition in Crl.O.P.No.13226 of 2025 has been filed seeking to amend the Crime No.204 of 2025 instead of Crime No.203 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16311 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police.
4. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated Page No.2 of 4
28.05.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.16311 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16311 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025 from the date on which, the order copy made ready. 21.07.2025 rap Page No.3 of 4
