Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2017 within time frame and issue a patta in favour of the petitioner for the land with an extent of 969 sq.ft.in Plot No.1 (Part) S.No.21/3B3A, New Survey No.21/3B3A10 and 969 Sq.ft in Plot No.1 (Part) Old Survey No.21/3B3A, New S.No.21/3B3A9 and also an extent of 1932 sq.ft in Old S.No.21/3B3A, New S.No.21/3A3A3, Plot No.6 all three plots with the same Patta No.449, situated at Thiruvancherry Village (Mappedu), Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

O R D E R
The petitioner herein has purchased the lands from one Karunakaran with an extent of 969 sq.ft. in Plot No.1 (Part) S.No.21/3B3A, New Survey No.21/3B3A10, A.Kumaraswamy with an extent of 969 Sq.ft in Plot No.1 (Part) Old Survey No.21/3B3A,
New S.No.21/3B3A9 and V.R.Manivannan with an extent of and 1932 sq.ft in Old S.No.21/3B3A, New S.No.21/3A3A3 Plot No.6, all three plots with the same Patta No.449, situated at Thiruvancherry Village (Mappedu), Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. The sale deed was registered before the Sub Registrar Office, Pallavaram on 22.01.2007. After purchasing the property in the year 2014, he tried to get patta for the land through website, he found that his property did not reflect the patta number in his favour. Hence, he requested the 3rd respondent to rectify the error and upload the details in the website. On 21.02.2017, he gave a representation to issue patta and other documents pertaining to the property.
3. After receipt of the representation and the reminder, the 3rd respondent has conducted the enquiry on 23.05.2017, but so far no order has been passed. Hence the present writ petition seeking Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider her representation within stipulated time frame and issue patta for her land.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram has already commenced the enquiry on the petitioner's representation and the petitioner has also participated in the enquiry. On completion of the enquiry, appropriate orders will be passed in due course.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.
