Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2021 to remove two lamp post / electric poles situated near the Infant Jesus Nursery and Primary School at No.87, Mosur High Road, Arakkonam, Vellore District 631 001. This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.08.2021 wherein the petitioner has sought for the removal of two lamp posts situated adjacent to the nursery and primary school run by the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.N.Suryiyamuthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.08.2021 and deal with the same on its own merits and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with the representation dated 30.08.2021 and a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
