This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 221 days in filing the above Criminal Revision. 2.This matter was listed in Advance List on 24.11.2023. Thereafter, the same is listed today and taken up for hearing. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, the certified copy of the judgment was misplaced in the lower Court counsel's office, thereafter, traced out recently. Due to which, there was delay of 221 days.

4.Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. He has got no objection in allowing this petition. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 27.11.2023 vv2 Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
