O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the order of the respondent passed in his proceedings No.4244/M.1/2004 dated 06.04.2005 placing the petitioner under suspension and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become infructuous and she has also made the following endorsement.
