a)directing the partition of the schedule mentioned property by metes and bounds and to allot 1/4th share to the plaintiffs with separate possession and b) costs of the suit;

J U D G M E N T

The suit has been laid by the plaintiffs seeking 1⁄4th share in the suit property.

2.The defendants have been set ex-parte.

3.In support of the plaintiffs case, PW1 has been examined and Exs.P1 to P12 were marked.

4.On a perusal of the evidence of PW1 and also the documents marked as Exs.P1 to P12, they remaining not controverted, it is found that the plaintiffs have established their claim. Accordingly, the plaintiffs are entitled to obtain 1/4th share in the suit property as prayed for.

5.In the result, the preliminary decree is passed in favour of the plaintiffs as prayed for with costs.
