(CRIME NO.90/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend further time to comply the condition order granted on 16.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8502/2021 and may also be pleased to pass any other orders which may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BALASUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken under the caption for 'Clarification', the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner had already deposited a sum of Rs.40,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.90 of 2021 and the bank statement has also been enclosed.

2. Considering the facts that this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8502 of 2021, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
