The Sub Application has been filed to re-open the Contempt Petition No.1708 of 2015.

2.When this Court by order dated 15.07.2013 in W.P. No.1391 of 2010, directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in extending 3% reservation for physically handicapped person to the posts of Junior Employment Officer, Assistant Inspector of Labour and Probation Officer, if the petitioner was found eligible in all respects, in the manner known to law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and an appointment order has also been issued to the petitioner appointing him as Probation Officer, but, he has not chosen to join. Therefore, this Court finds no reason to re-open the Contempt Petition No.1708 of 2015. Accordingly, the Sub Application stands dismissed. 12.03.2020 vga http://www.judis.nic.in
