This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 2 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had developed intimacy with the victim and cheated her by giving false that he would marry her. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Advocate (Crl. side) and intervenor appeared along with the victim girl.

4. As per the prosecution, now the charge has been altered into Section 376 IPC and also he threatened the victim by showing her nude photo photographs.
