2. The learned counsel for the respondents has objections for allowing this application and counter has also been filed to that effect.

However, this Court is satisfied with the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also this Court is convinced that there cannot be any legitimate objection for ordering this application in the facts and circumstances of the case. Therefore, this application stands allowed as prayed for.

4. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and submit the amended copy of the petition to the Registry.
