ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Mary Cisilia, aged about 23 years. According to the petitioner, she has been found missing from 04.06.2016 onwards. In this regard, he has made a complaint to the police also. respondent has not taken any steps. Therefore, he has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition came up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner, neither the petitioner was present. The second respondent produced the detenue. She told us that she has not been abducted by anybody and she is working in Southern Railways and staying in a hostel and she is not detained illegally. She further stated that she is working as a helper in Southern Railways and she has been attending her duty every day.
3. In view of the above statement made, we do not find any reason to grant relief as prayed for.
