ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Murugavel, s/o. MasilaMani, aged 32 years. According to the petitioner, her husband has been missing from 26.05.2016 onwards.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has eloped with the second respondent. In connection with the same, the petitioner has made a complaint upon which, a case has been registered in Cr.No.127 of 2016. Alleging that no investigation has been done in the matter and the detenu has not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been secured, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. From the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is crystal clear that Mr. Murugavel has on his own eloped with the second respondent and there is no illegal detention.

5. Therefore, no relief as prayed for could be granted. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
