ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to survey the land and identify the property comprised in Survey Nos.186/1, 186/3A measuring an extent of 1 Acre 49 Cents situated at Paruthipattu Village Previously Poonamallee Taluk presently Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District by considering the petitioners application dated 05.06.2023 to the 2nd respondent.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 23.05.2023 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 23.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
