This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 & 2 to issue subpoena in the names of Mr.Palani, Son of R.K.Kannaiyan, residing at No.16/1, 7th Street, Thiruvallur Nagar, Kodungaiyur, Chennai-600 and Mr.Satyanarayana, Son of A.Padmanabhan, residing at No.16/2, Old No.66/2, 7th Street, Thiruvallur Nagar, Chennai-600 118.

2.The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.
